Attending a treatment with me is confirmation that you have read & agree to my terms & conditions below:

A. If a change in circumstances occurs around pregnancy then you will please let me know. Pregnancy affects the type of healing treatment that can be given. 

B. I often treat vulnerable patients so please be mindful if you have a transferable illness such as  ANY cold or flu symptoms then please contact me prior to the ‘face to face’ appointment & we can decide together if we need to have the treatment given remotely on this occasion. 

C. Please notify me if you have had any kind of vaccinations within three weeks before attending a ‘face to face’ appointment with me. 

D. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment so that I can give it to someone else in need.  If it is cancelled less than 24 hours before the session is due then a fee of £40 will be charged.

E.    I have the right to withdraw or cancel services. A treatment will be terminated if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The client will still be charged the treatment fee. A treatment cannot be conducted under those circumstances. (I would probably offer a coffee & a chat instead as to what was going on). 

F.    Payment is due on the same day of treatment, either in cash or card. (If paying by card there is an additional £1 charge towards card fees)

G.   If you require a concession rate, you will please discuss this with me before booking the treatment date, otherwise the normal fee will apply. 

H.   Concession rates are only for those in hardship. 

Concession rates do not apply to anyone that has ANY savings.

Concession rates do not apply to anyone that can afford luxuries of going on holiday / eating out in restaurants...

I follow the medical practitioners code of conduct. Everything discussed is fully confidential. I am insured. 

Your personal details / email address will not be given to  Any 3rd parties.

Any notes that I might make during a treatment will go to fire after the session.
