https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRL9gjbW78w    In this video Jessie demonstrates how to deal with an issue using what we call a sand painting.  A sand painting is a 'spirit catcher'  it captures the essence of what we are dealing with.  What you will see Jessie doing is starting with an issue, and then follow the emotions that arise as she dives into the issue.  

You will notice she also refers to her body..  what she is feeling in her body... the body is a good indicator of where you hold your issues. You will see that she blows all the thoughts and feelings into sticks as they arise.. and then places them into the 'spirit catcher'.  

You would normally do this out in your garden where you would leave it to 'cook' for a few days.  Let Mother Earth hold  everything for you rather than carry the weight of the issue around in your body.  

Once you have seen this, you might want to go out into your garden and work your own issue to do with this.  Or perhaps your issue is not the lack of work, but the lack of freedom of movement.. or something else.  Try this and see what happens as you give your burdens over the Mother Earth.
