Dis-ease within the body/mind tends to stem from stuck or heavy energies in the wrong place. Challenging experiences & trauma can create imbalances & imprints in the energy field & our chakras. Chakras are wheels of light energy that anchor our energy / our soul into our body. Science has confirmed this.
I track & assist the client to release heavy / dense energies which allows the body's energy field / chakras to balance & heal. This process gets to the root of the issue which triggers healing in the physical / emotional / mental / practical / spiritual self.

‘In a nutshell’
We are great story tellers. The mind sometimes plays tricks on us with stories. The body never lies. The body holds all the wisdom & all the answers.
I work with a mesa (medicine bundle) We use medicine stones (Kuya's) as part of this energy healing work, as the body can connect with them easily. The stones absorb the energies that no longer serve you.
We start with a brief chat, like a review of the situation at hand. This helps to bring out the energies that are associated with the issue. Once the energies are visible & apparent, we then move on into the 2nd phase where you lie down, relax & we focus on breathing out those dense energies.
The shamanic practitioner holds safe sacred space for you, guides you & works energetically assisting in releasing any heavy energies from the energy field.
(This is generally a ‘hands off’ approach, the same transformational results are also achieved remotely). Once released & clear, I bring new light energies in (an illumination) which seals in the new you!
I complete the process with a gentle technique to disengage the body out of fight / flight trauma response mode which tends to bring the body back into harmonic balance & peace. You are then able to move forwards in your life! The effects can be immediate. (more detailed info’ below).

These remote telephone treatments have the exact same effects as face to face, bringing incredible results & transformational shifts.
For telephone treatments it’s preferable to have a good loudspeaker / mic on your phone so that I can clearly hear & connect with your breathing during the healing process.
Timings = A treatment is normally about 2 hours depending on what blend of treatments are required.

(Your energy body automatically knows what you need. During a treatment I tune in, I track & am guided intuitively by your body/energy & the Shamanic Archetypes as to what healing techniques you need and are ready for).
Kuya-Lympia Medicine Stone Massage - This is a gentle, relaxing & therapeutic way to clear away heavy dense energies from the body. This can also relieve stress & ease physical pain. (Client stays fully clothed)

I also use techniques like meditation, visualization, sound & mindfulness to promote healing, with a grounding process to end.
- Removing heavy dense energies that do not serve you & holding you back, sometimes causing chaos in life. If feeling ‘out of sorts’ , behaving out of character, have intrusive negative thoughts, these can be signs of energy attachments that are not yours. It's best for them to be removed & sent home back to source, where they belong.
Sound Healing - This is a powerful practise that uses vibrations to promote healing & relaxation. I am sometimes called to use instruments such as a shamanic drum, rattle, singing bowl & chimes to clear away heavy dense energies & help achieve a state of deep relaxation & inner peace.

Marnie's Story / Healing Journey
From childhood, I've always had a deep connection with Nature & Animals & been super sensitive picking up on energies around me. As a teenager, I had a spiritual experience which freaked me out. I couldn't logically make sense of it so I shut that part of me down until 10 yrs ago when I started to awaken & learn more of spirituality.
I also enjoy being an Artist / Singer / Songwriter - feeding the soul!
As an adult, I spent many years evolving working through demons & traumas with counselling / psychotherapy. It helped my brain to understand the ‘why’s’ but I still felt there was something stuck, still holding me back from being free of it all…
My body was still physically ill, slowly shutting down, unable to heal. I still felt a feeling of wanting to escape, low self worth, sabotage. I was still recreating old patterns that no-longer served me. For me, psychotherapy alone was not able to completely release this, I needed to go deeper energetically.
I have never experienced any treatment to have such deep, powerful & life changing effects as this shamanic work. I started to heal from the inside out, layer by layer. This medicine literally saved my life.
I felt a calling & had to learn more. I spent a year looking for the right Shaman to train under. I wanted to go deep & learn from the best.

Different kinds of Shamans
The spirit of the Inca Peru’s Shaman is an ancient tradition that goes back thousands of years through our lineage, our ancestors. This skill is deep within all of us, It’s just been forgotten in this current way of living.
This lineage of Shamanic medicine has nothing to do with religion or cults, witchcraft or magic and no drugs are involved in these practises.

The science of this medicine
A shamanic healing session works on very deep levels clearing the body & chakra’s of energy blockages or imprints that are causing dis-ease, dis-harmony & challenging situations in someone’s life.
It has long been proven by scientists that when we are exposed to trauma’s / dense heavy energies, they can often create hormonal & electrical imbalances in the body. They affect us through our chakras.
It’s important to us today because we have science & we have neuro science, we now understand what a chakra is. A chakra is created when you have a nerve bundle & an endocrine (hormone) gland coinciding.
Endocrine glands produce hormones & chakras are nerve bundles of the nervous system. (often affected by trauma sending the body into stress response-fight or flight mode)
Nerve bundles are the electrical system in the body, digital, speed of light. Endocrine glands are hormones, analogue system, chemicals, slow hormone release.
In the body, where the two of them coincide, this is called a chakra.
Trauma / heavy dense energy can create a disturbance in the energy field that the ancients saw as a wheel turning. Chakra means wheel. These heavy dense energies can often impact us through the chakras & through our nervous system & can often disrupt our hormonal system & our energy field.
This can cause the body’s systems to fall out of balance & over time, a multitude of health issues.
(Over 10 years undiagnosed, this is what happened to me)
Whilst the body is in a constant state of stress / anxiety / fight or flight mode, it is running on overload & goes into autopilot overproducing chemicals (trying to balance itself) this can have detrimental effects on the mind/body/soul.
This shamanic healing energy work removes the heavy dense energy blockages in the energy field / nervous system, enabling the body to balance itself & takes the body out of fight / flight stress response mode resetting the endocrine (hormonal) & nervous system.
Terms & Conditions of receiving a Shamanic treatment with me
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A. If a change in circumstances occurs around pregnancy then you will please let me know. Pregnancy affects the type of healing treatment that can be given.
B. I often treat vulnerable patients so please be mindful if you have a transferable illness such as ANY cold or flu symptoms then please contact me prior to the ‘face to face’ appointment & we can decide together if we need to have the treatment given remotely on this occasion.
C. Please notify me if you have had any kind of vaccinations within the three weeks before attending a ‘face to face’ appointment with me.
D. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment so that I can give it to someone else in need. If it is cancelled any less than 24 hours before the session is due then a fee of £40 will be charged.
E. I have the right to withdraw or cancel services. A treatment will be terminated if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The client will be charged a fee of £40. A treatment cannot be conducted under those circumstances. (I would probably offer a coffee & a chat instead as to what was going on).
F. Payment is due on the same day of treatment, in cash or card.
G. If you require a concession rate, you will please discuss this with me before booking the treatment date, otherwise the normal fee will be charged.
H. Concession rates are only for those in hardship.

Concession rates do not apply to anyone that can afford luxuries of going on holiday / eating out in restaurants...
